[Serusers] Emailing Voice Mail

The template idea I got earlier worked as well, but I am calling the vm in a
failure route. I'll try the revert uri.

It looks like that vm is called on the failure route.
So the uri is replaced with user location. Probably
have to do a revert_uri to get the original uri.
