[Serusers] voicemail problem

Do you have sems running? Sipums relies on sems. When
a call is to be directed to sipums, you can call
vm("/tmp/am_fifo", "ivr"). Then it should call the
perl scripts.

There is an installation document in sipums directory
to provide some detailed instruction.
