[Serusers] call disconnect

Assuming you have a recent IOS on the Cisco GW then ensure you have:

#gateway
#timer receive-rtcp 5

This way, the gateway will drop the call if the endpoint 'disappears' and
isnt available (default works out about 25 seconds I think)
