[Serusers] FIFO Protocol Description

Hello,

There is a new document available describing the FIFO protocol of SER in
detail. The document describes the basics of FIFO communication, how to write 
an application that will communicate with SER and it lists most of the commands 
available in SER and their syntax.

I have not integrated the document into SER docuementation yet,
