[Serusers] How to config SER for authentication and accouting using radius?

There is a ser-radius howto:

Regarding the configuration file, for authentication it will be the same
as the default configuration file, just replace www_authorize with
radius_www_authorize.

For accounting, see the documentation of acc module:
