Insert the following to your ser.cfg might help...

# Load the domain module:
loadmodule "/usr/lib/ser/modules/domain.so"

# Configure the domain module:
modparam("domain", "db_mode", 1)
modparam("domain", "db_url", "mysql://ser:heslo@localhost/ser")
