[Serusers] SER as Stateful UA

Hi Steven,

I would like to do exactly the same thing - I don't believe SER supports 
it - but I also don't think a stateful UA is required. 2 parts are needed -

1. the ability to issue a REGISTER transaction, and maintain the 
registration
2. the ability to handle generate authentication credentials statefully 
forwarding requests

1. could be implemented with a FIFO
2. would require extensions to the TM module

I haven't had the time to do this work, and am unlikely to be able to in 
the near future.
