[Serusers] re: Mysql

What does this error mean? I'm getting this while starting ser. I have added
these two lines in ser.cfg.

modparam("usrloc", "callid_column","1")
modparam("usrloc", "db_url", "sql://root:******@localhost/ser"

The error is:
