[Serusers] Installation guide

Hello,

I don't know if it helps in RH 9, but if rpm hangs then you can try the
following:

cd /var/lib/rpm
rm __*

That will remove all files beginning with __

then do rpm --rebuilddb

Everything as root, of course.
