[Serusers] Serweb won't authenticate AND SIPPS soft phone review

Hello all,

I've solved my own problems. I discoved ./php -i which told me that the path for php.ini was different than I expected. I made a mistake in the configuration switch syntax.

I also discovered that I was using an old version of the serweb files. May I suggest that the serweb file tar's be released with a version number matching the ser release versions?

Also, I tested the soft phone from SIPPS [ http://www.sippstar.com/en/index.html ]. Its a very nice setup. It has a built in answer machine, transfers call correctly, redirects calls, does conference calling [only 3 users maximum.] It also provides a readout of network performance and packet quality which is pretty cool, and a choice of skins. They give a free 3 month trial license, and then a license is US $25.
