Hi,

i'm not a SEMS expert, but there a several possible causes for missing 
records. First you should check that the configured mail server really 
accepts mails from SEMS and deliver them to you. Secondly you should verify 
that SIP signaling is fine and do not interrupt the session before the end. 
And at last you should verify that RTP packets from your phone are reaching 
SEMS.
