[Serusers] voicemail installation

Hello Chen,

i am writting the answer in english, so that everybody can understand,
and not only the german speeking community.

The manual you are pointing at doesn't describe the last information status.
In the actual release, voicemail support is included in the default
distribution.
That means, that you don't have to edit the Makefile.defs.
