[Serusers] ser and mysql on 2 different server

Hello,

every module that needs database has db_url parameter where you can
specify where the server is running, for example:

modparam("usrloc|auth_db", "db_url","sql://user:pass@db.server/ser")

Will instruct usrloc and auth_db modules to connect to database server
running on db.server.
