Can someone please help me with this? I'm not able to serctl ping
sip:466 at iic.com while I am successfully able to do serctl ping sip:x.x.x.x
where x.x.x.x is the IP of the SIP phone with extension 466. Can someone
tell me what must be the reason? Thank you very much.

Sorry -- better advice. Check first at which IP addresses listens with
"serctl ps". If there is none which can route to iic.com (like loopback),
set listen=IP in your config to a routable address.
