[Serusers] ser voicemail configuration

Hi,

> modparam("voicemail", "db_url","mysql://root:heslo@localhost/ser")

I guess it should be "mysql://ser:heslo@localhost/ser")
'cause ser has no concern with root's password.
Of course if you use same password for root and ser, both will work.
