[Serusers] RTP server

Why do you need an RTP server? For plain end-to-end communication you
don't need an 'RTP server'. If you wan't to do NAT-traversal you need an
RTP proxy (e.g. 'rtpproxy' works fine with ser). If you need
conferencing/voicemail features you can use 'sems'.
