Yes, it is possible to run it on the same machine, you can have two
instances of ser running on the same machine. The problem with running
Voicemail within the same instance is that you can't call certain
functions (required by voicemail) from the failure_route block.

That basically means that you will be not able to redirect a call to the
voicemail when the callee's user agent doesn't respond, for example.
