[Serusers] "Forbidden" by apache

I am getting a "Forbidden" reply from the Apache. The Apache is ponting to the index.php for the serweb.
I've only changes the IP address of the local host to 127.0.0.1 in the config.php.
Does anyone have any suggestions ?
