Please read the README files from the module directorys and the nathelper.cfg 
to get a clue what the modules can do.
What they can't do... they do not cook coffee, dont make toast ;-) I don't no 
what you expect here.
How they work: look into the code.
Take a look at http://www.iptel.org/info/players/ietf/presence/ for RFCs and 
drafts on SIMPLE and presence.

Generaly you should be more presice with your questions.
