[Serusers] Help with serweb

Did you create your database tables with ser_mysql.sh script from 0.8.10
release ? If so then you will need to convert it because the tables have
been changed.

To convert it you can use the script from the CVS snaphot of ser. Do the
following:
ser_mysql.sh reinstall
