erik,

i checked xphone out against our ser and had problems with digest
authentication.  more specifically, xphone doesn't appear to allow me to
give the username to be used for digest authentication.  instead, it
uses the phone number as the username.

could you please add authentication username as a configuration
parameter to xphone.
