[Serusers] SER log

Hi Bo,

their is a big difference between the precompiled version and the self
compiled one. The selfcompiled version will use by default the prefix
/usr/local for every file. Which means it look at /usr/local/etc/ser for its
config file. The precompiled version do not use this prefix and will look
directly at /etc/ser for the config.

The terminated on your frist try with the precompiled version is probably of
an error in your configfile which you do not saw because it was only loged
into /var/log/messages.
I'm not sure if someone tried Ser on RedHat 8.0. But i don't see why this
should not work.

Regards
  Nils
