[Serusers] Proxy just stops processing INVITE messages

I don't seem to have that information any longer.  However, I have
increased the normal logging level to 9 and added the memlog=2 entry as
requested.

By "ser logs" I assume that you are referring to the ser entries in the
syslog or similar?
