[Serusers] Difference <> proxy_authorize and www_authorize

proxy_authorize checks Proxy-Authorize header field, www_authorize
checks Authorization header field.

proxy_authorize is used when you want to check credential of a request
that you are proxying, www_authorize is used for requests that are
terminated at your server (REGISTER requests for registrar, for
example).
