[Serusers] SER restarts X whenever there is a config error

[Director General: NEFACOMP]

It is related to SER because if this happens and I remove an incorrect line
in the SER config file, then the server boots normally.

If there is someone with REDHAT 8.0 and SER, he may testify this.
