[Serusers] serweb installation

hello

i've installed serweb and ser 0.8.10. when i call 
http://mydomain/serweb/user_interface i login with my account but nothing 
happens. I've configured files in /var/www/html/htdocs/serweb like the 
http://www.fitawi.com/ser-Howto.html how to.

any suggestion ?
