[Serusers] Documentation on external usage of tm module is outdated in pre39

Folks,

I have noticed that names and semantics of functions that can be used by 
external programs to generate transactions in the tm module have been 
changed, but all examples refer to old functions (t_uac, t_uac_from 
etc). This needs to be corrected before 0.8.11 is out because otherwise 
it would be very hard to make any use of that functionality without 
investing significant amount of time into studying tm module internals.
