[Serusers] questions?

Hello all, 
I well installed the  SER with serweb in my PC , but I have a probleme
that every time I want to restart the server SER,it gives a message as
which it is stop
For example:

> /etc./init.d/ser restart
Arret de ser echoué 
Demarrage de ser completé
>
anybody knows why resolve my problem
