[Serusers] Starting SER at boot time hangs Redhat 9

Hello,
take the latest stable CVS version  (branch rel_0_8_11) and try again. 
For more info take a look at: http://www.iptel.org/ser/cvs/.
The problem was reported before and we hopefully  fixed it. Tell us if 
the problem persist with the latest version, too.
