[Serusers] Problems compiling radius_acc module

You need to have the radiuslibrary isntalled fitrst
http://www.mcs-cityline.net/~lf/radius/

Then you need to make sure that you have the latest
radius_acc module version -- unfrotunately, the module
was incomplete in the last release. Either download
it from CVS or get a tarball at http://www.iptel.org/~jiri/etc/radius/
