[Serusers] [HEADS-UP] RadiusClientNG changes have landed

Hi,

I've just committed my RadiusClientNG change, which affects all modules 
that support Radius. Therefore, to compile ser from a trunk you need an 
up-to-date version of radiusclient library (0.4.0 or higher) available 
from https://developer.berlios.de/projects/radiusclient-ng/.

Please let me know if there are any problems with this change.
