[Serusers] voicemail

Hi,

I believe user must be in "subscriber" table.
And attached .wav file which contain voice message will be sent to
e-mail address which is specified "email_address" column of
"subscriber" table.
So once you use "serctl add user password email at address", then you
could use voicemail for the user.
