The 'just a BRI' is the tricky part.  You should need a
NM-HDV (I think that's the part number), with a 2 port
BRI VWIC.

Yes, it works with a BRI interface.
I have experimented with a 3620 like that, the
Same cards go in the 26xx series I believe.
