[Serusers] About Aliases

You need to implement it in your own -- in the usage scenarios we were
heading at the aliases are not editable and we are currently not planning
to change it.

It should not be difficult though -- basically to add an arbitrary alias
you need to skip the  part which creates user's alias using a policy.
