[Serusers] how do i disable forking ?

Please give more details. What do you mean with "is not comming up"? What 
error messages do you get?
Look into your syslogs or try log_stderror=yes to get the error message 
dirctly onto your console

Why do you want to disable it? It is just intended for debugging purpose.
