[Serusers] modparam auth

we haven't release the next version, you are experimenting with 
work in progress stored on CVS -- I want to doublecheck you are
aware of that.

on CVS, there is a new module, auth_db, which was separated from
auth and which uses mysql to verify user credentials. You need to
load both modules. The parameters you are referring to are now part
of auth_db.
