[SR-Docs] Missing argument in the pua_reginfo module document

Hi,

I found that 'reginfo_handle_notify' function of the pua_reginfo module requires an argument. Without it Kamailio would not start saying that it cannot find the function.
But neither the description of the function nor the example makes mention of it in the doc.
The missing argument is the name of the location table.

I'll appreciate if you can update the document accordingly.
