[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] NATS Module not working (Issue #3253)

Hi-
I think the module requires you to subscribe to a channel. The module was originally built only as a consumer but now since the module can publish, that is no longer the case. Please confirm my suspicion and I will try to work on a fix to disable subscribe if only needed it for publish
