[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] 5.6 @ ebda78c92c inserts wrong timestamps in acc_cdrs table (Issue #3243)

The changes are not very intrusive, they change only how the value for dialog variables can be retrieved. Nothing else in terms of setting variables or dialog management is changed, only more variants to get dlg var value were added.

If you revert, then you get back to the unsafe version which can lead to a crash at any time.
