[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] The I-CSCF does not send Ringing under heavy load. (Issue #3071)

The problem was partially solved by disabling debug redim and disabling logging. performance has increased, but still there are drop calls about high loads. There may be a problem with the database, I will look further. I am closing this thread.
