[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] Google Sanitizers: memory not freed during shutdown (Issue #2892)

These are pkg (private) memory fragments, not shared memory. It is not easy to clean them up in all forked processes (as they are cloned upon `fork()`). If you want, you can make pull requests cleaning them as much as you can.
