[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] asan: probable stack-buffer-overflow (Issue #2953)

I had to rework how uac_redirect uses the uac module functions, switching from using the exported functions to config with a workaround for param fixup to using directly inter-module API exports.

The workaround for param fixup was subject to this potential buffer overflow during mod init.

Now the uac_redirect module needs proper testing to see if acc records pushed by uac_redirect are stored as expected. If you find issues, open a new bug report.
