#### Description
New parameter to add json in an accounting/CDR field and prevent unwanted json escaping.

Example:
```
modparam("acc_json", "acc_extra", "json_data=$avp(json_data);")
modparam("acc_json", "acc_json_pre_encoded_prefix", "json_")
...
$avp(json_data) = '{"b":2, "c":3}';
...
```
