[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] Branch ordering behavior changed between v5.3 and v5.4 (#2449)

@cleung-tpn can you provide a minimal kamailio.cfg reproducing the issue? You already provided snippets in comments, but somehow I got lost in use of drop or revert_uri() in different places vs what @linuxmaniac tried. When I get some time I can test it with such config and see if I can spot something.
