[sr-dev] Releasing v5.3.6

Hello,

I am going to start working on v5.3.6 release soon, therefore any commit
to branch 5.3 should be announced on sr-dev or matric/irc channel and
ack'ed to avoid conflicts during packaging. Once the announcement is
out, the commits can go in this branch as usual.
