[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] Kamailio-5.4.0 : Crashes from keepalive module (#2448)

I preferred this module over usrloc module because i dont store registrations on kamailio. It is stored on application server behind Kamailio. So it was easy for me to use keepalive module to send KA instead of usrloc.
