#### Description

This change introduces a new type of variable $xavi - eXtended Attribute Value Insensitive case.
It's like a $xavp but keys are case insensitive:

```
$xavi(WhatEver=>fOo) = 1;

if($xavi(whatever[0]=>foo) == 1) {
....
}
```
