[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] RPM repos at https://rpm.kamailio.org (#2084)

Now URL like `/centos/8/5.2/5.2` used for weekly build.
We must relocate this builds to other url.
Then we can use this url for latest release.

Let hear @henningw opinion.
