[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] Crash on startup when using db_mongodb with ssl/tls on Ubuntu 20.04 and Debian Buster (#2560)

🤷‍♂️... only documentation we ever found was: https://kamailio.org/docs/db-tables/kamailio-db-5.1.x.html#idm1963

Seems odd that a version mismatch would crash the whole app with a TLS issue. But we'll change the version and see.
