[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] CANCEL msg results in "500 cancel error" because of "duplicate From header" error (#2572)

The error message should happen when corresponding outgoing INVITE was with 2 From headers. Can you check that?

Otherwise the code seems to be ok in terms of detecting duplicated From header in the outgoing INVITE.
